Honestly that center piece looks good on your truck. I wonder if it has to do with the difference in paint color, or the fact that it matches your grille. Either way it looks much better on your truck than it ever did on mine, even without the lights in it yet!

Yeah, I used the Lamin-X cut to fit tint, and trimmed it so that the DRL is still white. Hard to catch with the LED flicker on a camera, but it came out good

I wish that plastic piece was flat and didn't have the two ridges. Any issues?

No issues at all! The rubber cover is holding up in extreme temps and the drain hole prevents the recessed plug from filling with water. It's been in for service a few times, once they had to remove the front covers and it didn't interfere with shop work.

Overall, I'd say it was a quite successful mod. I'm quite happy with how it turned out.
