Had some serious rain storm last night that lasted 4-5 hours.
Front seat belts felt either very cold or wet this morning, I really can't tell. We had colder temps' in the past and I can't recall if I had the same distinctive cold/wet feeling with the belts.
Then when we got out of the car my wife pointed my attention to water/wetness betwee the two doors (on both sides) on the frame.
Is this normal? I never paid attention to water in this location before.

I've had water there after washing my truck using the pressure washer. I've never paid attention to it though after heavy rain.

Yes, if you look at the door seals, you'll see one set right around the door opening. This is the seal. There is second, and more if you have a higher trim level for noise reduction. When. I wash my vehicle, I dry the area your talking about as well as opening hood an drying around the opening. Same if you have a lift gate, or hatch. It will go a long way to keeping the vehicle looking well kept.

Yup. After the monsoon the last couple days in North Florida, I have the same water as you in your pic.

Normal. Always wiping that area. Not air or water tight. It gets wet and/or dirty

There's a big opening at the bottom of doors, water can splash up from there. I believed models with retractable running boards blocks the opening, not pontoon running boards.
