Is the weather icon supposed to be clickable?

So some of the icons like phone and connectiivity open up their related setting screens, but that one doesn't react. I'm not sure if it's simply indicating that's the outside temp? I've searched but not finding anything specific to it.

I ask, because when you click the assistant button on the steering wheel once and ask what the weather is, it displays a local forecast. I can't seem to find any other way back to it within the menus though? Is that hidden somewhere else?

Ok, I found the weather menu. I don't use the factory nav, but it's within the nav settings.

For those whose icons do something - do you have factory Nav installed?

My 22 XLT had Nav deleted and my weather icon also gives no response.

i think prior to the unreal screen changes the icon was to let you know that number next to it is outside temp
on unreal update its just a number

Makes sense. My smooth brain still wants to touch it though. Maybe they'll add it someday.

that icon really should take to you to the same weather menu which is located in the nav settings, maybe one day...

I’m glad somebody asked, I had the factory nav deleted due to commodity constraints and so I have no Nav menu, but I still have this silly weather icon that does absolutely nothing.

I have a 22 Plat with factory nav, and touching the icon doesn't do shat. I would expect it to open up the 7 day forecast for Big D.

i would like it to intuitive like the predictive destinations
so when your tooling down the road and it has predicted where you are going it might give you an ALERT when a tornado is about to cross in front of you on the highway
we got side swiped by a OUT of the blue black cloud at 75 mph no warning...thank goodness i got stopped and off the road before we took off with dorthy

I pressed the Weather icon and my entire windshield showed me the weather, was pretty neat.
