They have announced they have moved on to the MachE and Lightning Forums and are promising to be more active with someone who can actually help using the account. It will be interesting to see how it goes.

I guess you can always reach out to them over there if they follow through with their promise to be more helpful.

Well wth... I wondered about this and searched both those forums after they made their announcement here and couldn't find anything similar over there so was curious what the heck was going on.

That ok, everyone over here is usually a step, or ten, ahead of them anyways with figuring things out. 😂

It's possible that it's a bit early to conclude what the future is on each individual forum.

It's true that the Mach-E forum received the post above. And so far it's mostly just drawn smack and insults.

It'll be interesting to see what Ford does or doesn't do going forward.

I think Ford discovered that they lost this forum in the war of public opinion. The lack of feedback when they did offer assistance did not help either. Perhaps when the Gen15 forum opens they will come back.

Gen 15??? By that time, with all the deletes, a Gen 15 Platinum Plus will have the same options as a Gen 14 XL 103.

I believe they forgot which side their bread is buttered on. The F-150 got them here, keeps them here, and will remain, theoretically, their biggest seller. Why they wouldn't throw their best resources at this vehicle, in whatever form, is beyond me. IMO, it is due to piss poor upper crust management, and has been for a minute. My opinion.

I think we have been "written-off" as most of us are not baffled by the B.S. with them telling us that they are doing something for us. They probably view us as a bunch of "Renegades" who are always changing things like suspension parts, tires, stereos, instrument panels and other options. Many of us have our own diagnostic equipment and are not sold a "bill of goods" when we go to a dealership where the techs are hard-pressed to sell us something. We're more than a bit independent, "Stand-offish, and not afraid to speak our minds.. Bots probably can't handle that!!LOL!

The "assistance" they offered was to direct you to your nearest dealership service center. They did nothing else to help.

If this project was mine to manage, I would run a pilot program with a vehicle that has a much smaller user base.

Only when the kinks are worked out, staffing requirements are well understood, and so on, would I roll out the program for the F150.
