Full tank less that used in delivery. Gas is cheap right now so they throw it in, usually. When prices go up they are bit more "cheap" , in my experience.

with my xplan in NY, on the invoice sheet from the Dealership, I have a line cost of $55 for fuel, they also add $300 advertising assessment, seen thus many times. I guess a NY or North East thing...
