How Long Are You In "Production"

My build date was the 4th and I’m also still in production with the spray in liner. Hoping to see an update early next week.

How do you know what stage the build is in ? Mine just says in production but you seem to know that they are doing the bed liner how can you tell ?

My F-150 was scheduled for production for the week of 2/1/21. Midweek before that date the window sticker link was added to my status screen. Today, at the end of the scheduled production week, status is still in scheduled for production, but today a new update appeared that said -
Welcome!
Your 2021 F-150 XLT is estimated to be delivered to Penske Ford. in 33 days.
Status screen still shows scheduled for production, I would have expected it the be in a built status. I have no idea! As long as they hold to the 33 days, I'll be happy.

Are we looking on the same screen ? mine just says in production and estimated delivery 3/2

Toronto Canada area built date February 4th ship date February 5th 2021 how long is it normally for transit to a Dealer in Toronto Canada ?

Interesting that it doesn't update the "built" field but I guess you can read between the lines on that one. You're in the home stretch! Major congrats, man!

The other tracker might--not sure.
But on the Ford site, 'BUILT" does not show up until "Awaiting Shipment" shows up

My Platinum went to "In Production" status last Saturday. The Build date on the Window Sticker was Feb 3. I know post-production it would have to go get the spray-in bed liner. That being said, at this moment there has been no change in status of any kind. Nothing posted for "Production Date" or "Ship Date".

For those of you that are beyond "In Production", how long did that take?

I'm getting a spray in bed liner and there is no Production /Ship/Transit Date posted yet.

I do feel like that I am gaining on owning/driving a new F-150 however.
Good thing I'm still young.

Just a guess. Like the others all the trackers show in production with no date for build date or delivery date. The blend number is a build date of Feb 4, so after 3-4 days, I’m just assuming it’s construction complete and just waiting on final components like the spray in liner which aren’t done on the line. I could be completely wrong and have my build bumped to another week. Just remaining optimistic that my truck will hopefully get put on a train in the next couple days.

From my experience the scheduled production is Circled one the truck is scheduled to a week or day. About a week before the Blend (bucked) date the windows is generated but no date is place on the tracker. The Schedule for production date is really not updated until the truck is built. From here I am still waiting but suspect the next update will be after the spray in bedlinen and cover is installed and then it will say built. And once it is loaded on a train or truck it will say shipped.


For my truck I have the following

Order place Aug 26

First Retail order pulled and provided with a build week on Dec 2

First Retail units were assigned a build week of Jan 25 or Feb 1st (mine was Feb 1)

I believe it was Jan 21 that I was assigned a build date of Feb 2 (Dearborn)

On Jan 27 Window sticker showed up with a blend date of Feb 3 (bucked Confirm by dealer)

Status changed to Produced on Dealer update on Feb 6, stating that the build was completed on Feb 5. At this time the Scheduled for production was displayed as Feb 5 and a estimated deliver date was also populated.

Now I am expecting that the bed liner and cover will be installed offsite in the next couple of days. and the following day the status will show as built / awaiting shipment. But will have to wait to confirm.

Hope the above helps those waiting for there truck to be built... FYI Dearborn is down to a single shift next week from 3 so I wouldn't expect those truck scheduled for Monday to show up as produced until Friday or Saturday... At this time the following week is back to 3 shifts so things should speed up then assuming that they have the Chips needed.

The Blend date on the top is your build date. It's 12 Feb.

Your build date in on the top in the middle a number starting with 220210215 so that build date is February 15th 2021 . For an example.

My Platinum PB shows a production date of 01/29, and an estimated delivery to Texas by 02/21. But still showing "scheduled for production."
