My build was a basic and cheap stx 2wd witch is an ongoing evolving project first mods was painting the stripes the night I brought it home from the dealership next ceramic tint on windshield with 35% the rest of the way around 3/5 belltech lowering kit 22/24 staggered

I want to do the cupholder light mod but I’m afraid to mess with forscan in case it messes up my truck. Is it risky to change the code?

My truck wasn’t wired for it so I just taped it into the foot light on back of the consol and purchases an extra wire harness like the rear light to get the pigtail when I bother the complete cup holder with light from for dealer for like 30 bucks and the rear led wire for cheap I don’t rember the price I can dig threw my phone and see if I can find the part numbers

The circled part come with complete cupholder and included the wire that listed at over 50$ but I ended up purchasing a second wire to make the instal
