I have a 2022 F150 5.0 liter with tow package. The hitch spec sticker is un-readable. Nothing in the owner’s manual tells me the Class of the receiver. I believe Ford put Class IV hitches on these models. Can anyone confirm this for me? I did find some info online and will post a
screenshot of what I found. Also, is it possible to get a new decal with the specs on it and where can I get it? Thanks in advance!

If the object of your interest is to determine the maximum GTWR of your truck, you must look to the towing guide (see attached), not the sticker on the receiver.

Per the sticker, my receiver is rated for up to 14,000# GTW with a WDH:

HOWEVER, per the 2022 Ford RV and Trailer Towing Guide my truck (F150; 3.5EB; 3.55 axle; SuperCab 4x4; 145.4" WB; with Max Tow Package 53C) is limited to 12,300# GTW with WDH.

In practicality, the tongue weight (limited by available Payload Capacity) may be the ultimate factor limiting GTW.

let’s sticker on the hitch. It’s just some generic bull crap that comes with a hitch, it has nothing to do with the max or rating for the truck.

do you have a ford.com account?
If you don’t make one
go into account
Go to vehicle dashboard
Then towing
It will give you your trucks, max towing as it came from the factory

Just be aware that anything over 5000 lbs requires a weight distribution hitch.
