I’ve been noticing that my trans temps have been around 212 the last several weeks and today was over 220 a few times, too the point where my monitor was flashing red over the dials.

I was just driving around town. Not towing or pushing hard. Should I be worried or do something?

I don’t have any codes related to the trans either.

That's considered normal. What was your trans temp dial on the dash looking like?

You can adjust alarm points in the app. What was the air temp when you were driving?

I've had some pretty high coolant and tranny temps noted here. When 251 degrees occurred, trans temp gauge was at 2:00 position. Rather extreme conditions I was in, as I'd gotten onto what turned into a steep logging road with zero chance to turn around.
I'm happy(?) with temps in the range you're describing. In particular after receiving the PCM reprogramming in the noted TSB, temps seem to be more balanced, but I've only towed about 200 miles since.

I've never seen temps higher than you describe when not towing.

The trans temp on the dash was showing the same, and ambient air is 55f.

I guess I expected it be about 200 based on what I had seen previously.

I have delineated a yellow (caution) and red (warning/danger) on my PIDs, but the temps I chose were somewhat picked out of thin air. @HammaMan , in your opinion, at what temperatures should the yellow begin, and red begin?

With very limited exposure (less than 2k miles) and a different transmission, I see 174 at cruising speed with no trailer and as high as 190 after flogging sport mode (with a livernois tune)

What do you mean you have a different transmission?

206-215 degrees is the 'normal' operating temp of the 10r80. The PB has enough torque to rarely downshift depending on conditions. This has you operating at lower RPMs which equates to a lower coolant flow. If you're in 10th and you see it creep up, downshift 2 gears and see what the temp does. 2 gears doesn't really buy that much RPM though so it won't be a drastic difference and the front slats are still closed. Operating as intended, but the intentions leave much to be desired.

Makes sense I was running in electric mode a lot as well. Does that mean the transmission isn’t getting fresh coolant when the engine is off?

None at all. It's on the engine's coolant loop and if the engine isn't on it's not being cooled. The electric motor is attached to the torque converter and shares its heat.

The HV system does have an electric pump, it's on its own loop though. It runs at too low of a temp to have the trans on it.

Right I mean have an electric pump on the ICE/Trans loop.

Does the HV loop use a separate radiator or cooler?
Yes, it's a decently sized unit 2 cores on top of each other. It also has a plate heat exchanger attached to the AC system so it can cool the loop if needed as well if ambient air isn't enough.
