2022 F150 on order
So the wait is finally over.... My truck was delivered however my Ford incentives are missing. I was pushed from MY21 to MY22. Ford was providing a $3,500 incentive for the change that I was told I could use on top of the $1,000 for custom order. My order number was the same and the order was placed prior to Nov1. My dealer did not know how Ford was going to send this offer either via mail or email. I checked prior to my build date as I have not received anything from Ford and was told it will be attached to my order.

Well now that my truck is delivered they aren’t seeing the $4,500 Ford rebates. I am using Granger who is a well known dealer in this forum.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to who I need to contact or what I should have them try to pull the rebate in?

I tried giving them the program codes listed below, but no luck.

All I can say is good luck man.
I had called Ford and talked to their marketing personnel, they said that the 2021 to 2022 incentive of $3,500 would be somehow attached to the truck during delivery to the dealership. They didn't specify if it was a piece of paper in the truck or electronically tagged to the transfer. The lady did ask if I would like to certificate number when I was on the phone with her and I said yes, but once I got to the dealer to take delivery the dealer had no record of this and even calling Ford they said that that certificate number was not active. I had the person I talk to iat Ford, the exact time and date I called, the exact duration of phone call as well as a certificate number and no one could figure it out finally. I ended up talking to the GM at my dealership, he was on the phone with Ford for probably half an hour and couldn't get anywhere but to my surprise and to give kudos to Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs Colorado the GM did say he would honor it and figure it out later.
From what I was able to figure out these were actual mailings out to random customers and you were supposed to bring in the physical certificate.

Thanks. A lot of ups and downs with this whole process. I’m hoping Granger will honor it as well especially since they relayed this to me via email during the whole process multiple times.

I just went through this with Granger. I had no problems getting my $3,500 incentive for being pushed to 2022. I also had $2,000 in other incentives $1000 of which was the custom order. Finance guy pulled it up right away. They probably need to call Ford if it's not popping up on smart vincent for them.

Does anyone have experience on whether you can use a PCO in addition to the $3500 MY22 rollover incentive?

Good to hear it was smooth at Granger. About to go through it soon as truck should be in soon.

Good to know. I'm hoping it gets fixed. I will update when I hear more.

When I got my truck (a MY21 to MY22 conversion) I was only given two options:

0%/72 months + $1000 bonus cash
OR
$3500 + $1000 bonus cash

So, mine definitely had the expected conversion offers already linked.

I also had a $3500 PCO but they said Ford is no longer doing the whole "order by" date on those, only "deliver by", so while they could see it on my account, mine had "expired" the week before. I don't 100% believe that but they also said that even if it was available still, it wouldn't combine with the financing, or the $3500 conversion offer. Not sure if I believe that either, because some people have clearly been able to do both of those things.

I've read and heard so many things. Some dealerships doing one thing, others doing another. It's confusing because all of these are Ford incentives that have nothing to do with the dealership, the dealer isn't losing any money, so I don't understand why some make it so difficult to honor the incentives.

Bummer, are they trying to do anything? Pretty sure the dealer has it's hands tied since they can't give out any rebates that aren't authorized by Ford.

Try talking to @Ford Motor Company
Well I have several emails between the dealer and myself regarding the program and their assurance it was being applied. The issue I hear is caused by the Ford website and last I heard is they are working with Zach and reaching out to Ford to get it applied as they inputted the information correctly and it’s on the same order number. Granger is a high volume dealer and I’m sure I’m not the only one that fell into this program being converted from My21 so they have experience with it being applied. Right now I still believe Granger is going to fix it. I’m just getting frustrated having to wait now over 2 weeks since my truck was delivered and I still don’t have a picture of it.

Thanks for the suggestion to contact @Ford Motor Company. Maybe Ford can offer assistance.

I should hear more today. Granger asked me to give them until this week while they try to get this fixed with Ford. They’ve been told it should be applied. Aaron told me to proceed with the work I was getting done to the truck with that assumption. I shipped wheels, tires, emblems and shocks to them. I decided to move fwd on a leap of faith and their word that they will get it fixed....

When I purchased my 21 to 22 ordered truck, I was given two options:

1. 0/72 plus $1000 order rebate (these were locked in with order)
2. $1000 order rebate + $3500 conversion + $2000 PCO + $1000 rebate (not sure what this one was for???)

I took the $7500 in rebates and got external financing. Worked out to more savings overall.
