Completed a Halogen to Reflector LED swap on my 2021 F150 STX and I am having some issues. I am currently trying to work it out with the vendor but wanted to get some additional opinions on this as well.

Headlights and foglights were purchased new along with the conversion harness. Forscan changes and pinning/depinning were completed as per installation instructions. The issue I am having is with the final step.

When I try to Run the "BdyCM Local Interconnect Network New Module Calibration", it gets to 8% and prompts me to cycle the key off and on. When it comes back it gives me the following error and aborts.

"Test aborted. Perform a self test to identify any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)."

BdyCM DTCs are:
B14E2:15-48 - Exterior Lamps Power Supply 'E', Circuit Short to Battery or Open, Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
B14E3:15-48 - Exterior Lamps Power Supply 'F', Circuit Short to Battery or Open, Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
B14E5:08-0A - Left Front Enhanced Exterior Lighting System, Bus Signal/Message Failures, DTC Present at Time of Request
B14E5:08-0A - Right Front Enhanced Exterior Lighting System, Bus Signal/Message Failures, DTC Present at Time of Request

Its like it wont let me program the modules with the DTCs in place. I have double checked the forscan changes and also tried uploading my stock BdyCM file and repeating but I get the same problem every time. I have also tried unhooking the battery for 30min and trying the entire process again (no clue if this is relevant but was worth a shot).

Currently I only have low beam headlights and fog lights. No Headlight DRL, No Fog DRL, or high beams.

Need some help getting this going. Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

Can't be much of help without knowing what values you changed in the BCM. So do the DTC come back after you reset them?

Changes to BCM are as follows:
726-38-02 xxxx xxxx x1xx
726-39-01 x0xx xxxx xxxx
726-40-01 x3x3 xxxx xxxx
726-41-02 xxx0 xxxx x1xx
726-42-01 x3x3 x1x1 x5xx
726-42-02 x5x2 x2xx xxxx
726-43-02 xxxx xxxx x0xx
726-65-02 xxxx x1xx xxxx
726-67-01 E498 x3xx xxxx
726-72-01 x0xx x0xx xxxx
726-76-01 x1xx xxxx xxxx

If I load my stock BdyCM file and reset the DTCs they dont come back. Then I write the forscan changes and run the Module Calibration its gives the abort and DTCs come back. Even if I try to clear the DTCs with the forscan changes in place they do not clear.

Looks like my fogs were enabled as I already have the 726-39-01 xxxx 00xx xxxx and they are working except the DRLs.
OK.. I cant tell what you have at the values you have x'd out.

726-72-01: 0001-0000-01xx This is for the DTCs. You may already have these values. I dont know what you have other than what you have pasted.

OK I will try this one. In the mean time, this is my stock vs. changes I made vs. what the written forscan shows. Seems as though once some of the changes are made and written forscan automatically changes some of the last two number. Kind of odd but may be normal.

The last 2 digits are just a checksum. Forscan auto calculates them. Totally normal.
