Headlamp Help

Ive searched and searched and cant find any information on this. I have a 2024 F150 and when i unlock the doors the headlamps and reverse lights do not come on when its dark. Is this something new? Every other Ford and newer vehicle i own have the lights come on for added safety.

Setting in the sync system somewhere. Or possibly a battery state of charge issue ( less then 50%)

Battery is at 95% and i reset the sync and still nothing. Guess i will be taking it into the dealer. Was hoping it was an easy fix.

I think only parking lights are supposed to come on. That's how my 24 operates anyway.

Thats what mine does too. Dealer said its normal. Showed me a few different ones on the lot that do the same thing. I looked all thru FORSCAN and didnt see a setting. Kinda sucks. I live in a rural area known for rattlesnakes.

Just going by memory, when I walk up to my truck or unlock it, the puddle lights and the tailgate light come on. No headlights or reverse lights, though. It's still a decent amount of light when it's dark out.

Try this. Settings, Vehicle Settings, Lighting ; if you are able to do this on your 24
