Harness to tap into fuse box for projector headlights

So I purchased the HCM compatible harness to upgrade from biled to projector headlights from Precision Retrofits and they only sent me the adapter for each headlight but not the part of the harness that taps into the fuse box for the high beams to work. Already got with them and apparently they only send that part of the harness when you purchase the HCM which it's currently out of stock. Anybody know where I can get it or if there's a workaround to get the high beams to work? Everything works except my high beams.
