I would have gone through them also, if I had not gotten the same deal locally and been a repeat buyer with another good dealer.

I am glad to be back and part of the conversations, this forum has not only helped confirm Zach's position on how to help folks out but has given us and other dealerships insight as to what the real expectations of the Ford customer base...

The rusty rear ends is rather baffling to me, I went out to look at the ones in stock and they are nothing like the one @dog_tired purchased from us or as bad as some I have seen posted here...

Looks to me like they were left outside in the weather for many months prior to being installed in the trucks, and instead of fixing the issue prior to installing the rear end they just mounted it...

Not yet and come on there are only 1300 of them coming to Iowa to get delivered all over the US including Hawaii and Alaska

• Will I run into any friction when taking my vehicle into a local dealer for service/maintenance? Or purchasing an extended warranty?
• Are rebates locked in at time of order? Or time of delivery? Or is it best of the two?

As for friction, that is up to the dealership where you live, we service and maintain all that come in to our shop..

Extended service contracts can be purchased at many locations including Flood Ford and Ziegler Ford
