Where / how did you get the February 26 build date?

In the Ford tracker it only shows "Order Confirmed".

Most likely the dealer.

my dealer provided me a VIN and order week several weeks before the tracker site updated with that information.

My dealer sent me an email yesterday with the information. He said it was accurate as of 2/5. If anything changes, he said he would let me know after the next update from Ford.

Thanks Jim! I decided against the Max Recline, as I will never use them. Also replaced Max Tow from my original spec with the Trailer Tow. I will be towing, but not enough weight to get anywhere close to the limits. Overall, very pleased with how the truck is going to be equipped.

Matt, "only" reason I stuck with max recline is for my medical bad-back issues. It will come in handy @ rest stops breaks for 20-30 mins and esp weh sitting in truck waiting on the wife.

Wow - that’s impressive!

I also ordered a 2021 Platinum, Smoked Quartz; Unique Black; Powerboost; FX4.

I ordered it on Jan 2nd, and have been checking back with my dealership every week, but still no Order Date and no VIN. ?

Ford told the manager that the delay was due to material shortage, specifically for the interior work surface. Was that part of your build as well?

Eerie. It’s almost identical to mine, except for the max recline seats and tonneau cover.

Difference is one is a Retail order and one is a Stock order. Thought they prioritized Retail over Stock but seems reverse in this case.

@Madman I didn't want/need Max Recline. I have two boys under 8 and they would hardly ever get used. What I did want was the 11,000lbs of towing (trailer tow pkg). 7,000lbs was going to be cutting it too close between the trailer and my Jeep. Perhaps the Max Recline is holding you up.

Actually, my order was converted from Stock to Retail when the truck was ordered. There was a very specific reason why they did it this way, which they said was 'rebate lock' based. You can click the vin link in one of my earlier posts above and see it is now retail.
