I imagine based on the date that you've got this taken care of, but if not, I've used a company called A-1 https://www.a1autotransport.com/ to ship in the midwest twice and haven't had any issues. Always good to get a couple quotes to compare prices, but I'd probably call them again if I needed shipping.
