Sorry for the misleading "towing capacity" marketing, but you must know that they all do it.
If Ford would make the HDPP option available for the Powerboost drivetrain, THEN you would have the Cargo Capacity to match the Towing Capacity. But no way are they going to do that. Every year they narrow the options available for the HDPP F150 because, I'm guessing, it cuts into F250 sales. Afterall, a well equipped CrewCab 6.5 Bed HDPP 3.5EB has a Cargo Capacity a full 1300lbs more than my Powerboost! Hard to get your head around that. (~2700lbs)
