I took my truck in for an oil change and I had them remove the rear 4x4 decals while I was there. It was kinda odd at first but now that I've had it done for awhile I'm liking the cleaner look.

I decided I wanted to upgrade the halogen license plate lights to LED. I wanted a cooler crisp white color to match the the rest of the truck.

I first tried the Morimoto XB lights. This replaced the entire housing unit instead of just the bulb. It was simple to install and only took about 5 minutes total with no tools.

Left side is original stock and right side is the new LED housing. I wasn't crazy about the gloss black look vs the stock housing but liked the color.

Both installed. They were really bright.

After driving around at night for a few hours I couldn't stand the glare it produced on my rear camera screen. It totally flashed out right below the truck a few feet.

After doing some research online my wife found me a LED replacement bulb from Diode Dynamics. They offered the 194 bulb in 3 different brightness levels for the 6000k cool white. I went with the lowest SMD2 which they say is 24 lumens. And I was able to use the stock housing units.

Very happy with the new bulbs. Rear camera works great again and the color is great.

I also got the rubber bed mat for free with my ford pass points. It came in a little dirty but it fit great and will help protect the sprayin bed Liner.

We finally got some decent weather here today.. mid 60s.. so i did my first wash with a foam cannon. I gave it a good washing with the pressure washer and then hit it pretty hard with the foam. I let it sit about 5 minutes then hit it with the pressure washer again.

I then decided to give it one more cleaning by hand followed up by a light ceramic coating. Pretty happy with the results.

Added a Morimoto X3B LED Third Break Light. Install was pretty easy.. I broke one of the white tabs to help hold it in place but its been fine. That was the biggest pain.

I finally pulled the trigger and ordered my lift and wheel/tire combo on black friday and install was scheduled this week. It took two days but they did a great job and I'm very happy with the results.

I went with the 4" BDS lift with Fox 2.5 P.E. Coil-Over and Fox 2.5 P.E. 3" rear block. I've only put about 30 miles on it and we are in the middle of ice and snow, but so far I'm loving it.

For wheels and tires I went with Toyo Open Country ATIII 35"12.5R20 and Fuel Assault 20x9 +1 Gloss Black w/Milled Edge.

I removed the decals as well on my '22 and I think the vehicles look great without them. Awesome build man, truck looks fantastic.
