They do not, most manufacturers dont make anything close to the factory offset.

The rebel is available in a 20x9 with a +20 offset which would be my suggestion for wheel/offset

trying to squeeze on 295/65/20 with 2.5” lift. I have seen them on factory wheels with no issues. Unsure if 20mm will work. Do you have an opinion?

Unfortunatle being these trucks are still so new, youre getting down to "very close" at minimum so i cant comment on that.
