Saturday I found a fairly large spot on my driveway. Upon further inspection, determined it to be coming from the front passenger side axle shaft. I occasionally use the 4A feature when the weather is bad, but have not used in over a week. Truck is a 2022 PB 502A with FX4.

Has anyone had experience with a similar issue? If so, what was the repair, and how long did it take?

Just found this through search. My 2021 is in the shop waiting on parts for the same issue. 5 days in the shop so far. It's been leaking for some time. 15K miles on the truck currently. Did you get your truck fixed?

I did. Dropped it off at the dealer and had it back in a few days. So far, no leaks to report.

My truck is currently getting an IWE replacement and front pinion seal. I noticed in December while under my truck to pull off the transmission diaper that was dragging on the road, that there was oils on the crossmember directly under the front diff. Last oils change they did not notice oil leakage but today while diagnosing the IWE issue they confirmed that the front pinion seal was toast. They had that in stock and hopefully I’ll have my truck back tomorrow.
