Due to Ford no longer offering price protection and not giving any
additional rebates and incentives for dealers, we have to adjust our
special forum pricing, moving forward.
Special forum pricing will be finalized at an agreed percentage under
invoice at the time of delivery. Price protection does not apply if the
vehicle gets re-invoiced by manufacturer, however the same agreed
discount will be honored.
If cash or outside financing is used $1,000 will be added to the sales
price.

when did they cancel price protection? So all of us still waiting on our trucks is no longer price protected? even if we are built and sitting in storage somewhere awaiting shipping for months?

Can you post document from Ford to support that statement?
You notice they didn’t respond to YOUR post…just went to answering the next question 😂

Can we combine rebates like first responder and retail order incentive on top of this discount?

Ford ended price protection on 4/12/22, any orders after that date is not protected.
Interesting statement, this seems to be directly contradicted by the price protection text in the Ford announcement of "Mid-Year Pricing - Effective June 1, 2022" posted here and excerpted below:

"PRICE PROTECTION
2022 and 2023 model units invoiced prior to June 1st, 2022 will not be re-invoiced.
Automatic price protection will be provided on:
• Firm 2022&2023 model fleet, retail, and demonstrator orders signed and dated on or before May 31, 2022, and received by Ford Motor Company on or before June 4, 2022.
• Fleet CPA or GPC orders will continue to be price protected to the individual customer’s contract agreement or bid date."
Similar text with approrpiate date references is found in all previous Ford announcements of price increases relating to 2022MY F150's.

What we do not know is what Ford policies in this regard my be for 2023MY F150 orders, when those finally begin.

As we should all know by now, Ford's Price Protection is a matter between Ford and the dealer, not Ford and the Retail Consumer / Buyer; whether or not a Dealer chooses to pass that price protection through to the Retail Consumer / Buyer is the dealer's choice, not Ford's (when we typical consumers order from a dealer we are placing a "Retail order" with the dealer); this matter should be addressed specifically in the purchase agreement signed at the time of order by both the Retail buyer and the selling dealer.

Caveat Emptor.

Not looking for one .... but to the extent there may be incorrect info posted here methinks it's incumbent on someone to let other readers know so they can dig deeper if and when they are shopping.

I've nothing against the OP, some may well find they are the best dealer for them when all factors such as location etc are considered, no worries!

Special forum pricing will be finalized at an agreed percentage under
invoice at the time of delivery.
The OP made their dealer bottom-line position clear and explicit, IMO, and even if the 'reason' behind that is questionable that's their prerogative. Per the above clear statement they are offering no price protection between Invoice at time of order and Invoice at time of delivery - the latter will prevail to establish the final sales price. If they want to clarify or change that statement, that's their prerogative, too.

As long as folks clearly understand and accept that they are agreeing to a discount %, not a delivered firm-fixed-price at the time of order, all is good and no-one should have any complaint if or when the delivered price is higher than the 'example' price they saw when they ordered (due to Ford MSRP/Invoice increases in that time interval between order and delivery). While the MSRP-to-Invoice relationship is not 1:1, folks hopefully recognize that when MSRP changes, Invoice changes more-or-less proportionally to that.

IMO it's silly to complain about a dealer's practices as long as they are fully disclosed up-front as this dealer seems to be forthrightly doing. IMO the answer to a dealer practice one may find objectionable is not to argue with that dealer, it's to choose a different dealer with practices one does find acceptable.
