FORScan in Detroit area

Is there anyone in the SE Michigan area able to do some FORScan adjustments for me? Willing to pay or trade for beer. I try asking local dealerships if they can change my tire size and axle ratio and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about.

I have a connector, I’m just not computer savvy. I have a Microsoft laptop but watching movies and surfing the web is the extent of my knowledge.
