what i find odd . is the oil changes just show up as non specific. you have to pull the full download to see actual repairs, and even then some are not very detailed.
i have a service entry for the new skid plate i ordered from ford...it was not a service, but shows up as service and i got pass points for it??

Did you purchase an extended warranty? Mine shows an HVAC service from granger motors, but is actually my extended warranty.

Yes I do, and svc was done by Granger, but I bought it from Koons in Woodbridge!
Something is wrong. I do have svc scheduled for Wednesday, something is up wit the Cat Converter and I will ask about it then.
