I can not figure out how to use my Ford points at check out, anyone know how to accomplish this??

Funny I just asked Ford chat and they said you cannot use Ford points on the website??? WTH!!

Looks like the option to use points has now appeared in the checkout.

I’m not seeing it yet.
Here's what I see. Just added something to cart to test but didn't actually buy, so not 100% sure it works, but the option is there.

Did you actually go to checkout? It should give you the option to use points once in checkout, and not just in your cart.

This... the biggest kicker... you can't do anything with points until the paying portion of checkout. However, it seems to work really well... I just haven't completed the purchase yet because it will exhaust all my points so I have to make sure I'm getting what I want.

you guys be careful using the ford accessories site. i made a purchase on 11/5/22. the parts arrived damaged. they provided a return label and said once they got the damaged items back i would get another order shipped...i never got anything. tracking shows 11/15/22 when the items were returned. i called first week of Dec. Says my order was completed. Told them i returned items b/c they were broke. Had to dig into order to see if thats true. next day get a call. says its processing. i asked when i would get new parts, was told 7-10 business days. 10 business days goes by, still shows processing. so i ask for a refund. this was 12/12/22.
on 1/3/23, i call asking about my refund. they say its processing. WTF?! so i asked whats the hold up? so my debit card expired and now they cant issue a refund back to that card. a check would have to be issued. ok fine!

called on 1/12/23. still havent gotten a refund. i call. its still processing! what?
called on 1/18/23 to see if its been mailed. its still processing!!!! were not sure what the hold up is. were going to escalate this case.

that was the final straw that broke the camels back!
i called ford corporate to see if they could intervene. NOPE! they called the ford accessories number that i had and spoke to the same people.
Ford then 3-way'ed a phone call and finally someone with some brains picked up.
Apparently my return was "lost" so it never showed it being returned and because of that, they couldnt issue a refund!!! They have had my money since 11/5/22 and it took damn near 3 months to get why i hadnt received a refund!!!!

oh, as of this moment, they called me yesterday, they are still escalating my case to get me a check mailed out asap and they are looking into why my return was never "processed"
