Same.FordPass App shows over the air updates set to manual and schedule not set even though truck settings are in auto with a schedule set. WiFi is working, I can remote start truck & work locks, check oil life, tire pressure etc.
I have a 2021 XLT 301A with Sync4. I have tried all of this. I'm bringing it in on Thursday for 21B33 notice I received by mail. Dealer said it's different from the SSM 49826 repair but I'm not so sure. will report results. Only issue is the above post. everything else works flawlessly since I had the SSM 49826 done.I was wondering about over the air updates for some of my required fixes for issues when I came upon your thread; I’m not sure of the trim model and sync system you have for your truck, but I believe you have to click the “Updates set to” button on your Ford Pass App while behind the wheel and follow other set up instructions with your Sync system to enable. Maybe you’ve tried this…?

Update: found location was turned off during update, toggled it back on and all is well but App still shows scheduled updates not set and in manual.Just had the 21B33 performed this AM. No change in the Fordpass app. also now my remote start and lock/unlock features do not work. This all worked flawlessly before update. Also does not show location anymore. Dealer checked and made sure all settings were correct. Will give it 24hrs. and see what happens.
