Thank you for offering such a generous deal! It's very much appreciated!

I have ordered a 2022 F-150 XLT 4x4 302A BAP from my local dealer and unfortunately, my order hasn't been processed to the point that I have a VIN yet.

When does this offer end? If it ends before those of us that have orders placed but no VINs yet, would you honor this offer for us once we do receive our VINs?

Thanks again!
I think you have up to a year AFTER your purchase date to buy one of these service plans at the low cost. There is a mileage limit too but I doubt alot of people would drive 41k miles in 12 months.

Do you have an expiration date for this deal? I ordered a truck a few days ago and I have no idea when it will be delivered.
Not currently, no.
Thanks, Zach!

For other Floridians, purchase it in person when picking up your truck at Granger (or Chapman for that matter) if you ordered it from them. I think it works because it's not an online sale. I'm sure @Granger Ford can clarify if it's a viable option for those of us from the Sunshine State.
That's correct.

That'd correct, but with inflation there are pricing changes quote frequently.

I think I know the answer but I want to ask anyway.

I have a VIN. I don’t have a truck yet though, I hope I get it this year at this point.

Can I get an ESP that will have an effective start date when I take delivery?

I just have a feeling ESP prices are going up again and I’m going to get hosed.

I tried buying one before the prices went up on Jan. 5 I believe. Ziegler said you can't buy until your vehicle is in service. But they did honor their earlier quote from when I tried to buy like you with just a vin. My truck went in service on 2/8.

If I buy a $55K truck will I have enough Ford points to buy a service contract?

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted and adjusted my original post. I wish my state was more open in that regard. Sucks that basically my state has made it so that I have to pay MSRP for extended warranties (Because if you give a discount to one person, you must give it to all)
I'm curious about the MSRP pricing statement, and I read through the Florida statutes and didn't see anything that would prohibit a seller from selling for less than MSRP.

In fact, the statutes specifically say that the pricing of motor vehicle service agreements is not regulated by the OIR.

Do you have a specific cite or something where I can read more about this pricing limitation? I'm trying to figure out how these work in Florida and why they're so different. Thanks.

It is my understanding that if they offer a discount to 1 person, that discount has to be offered to everyone. So they could offer less than MSRP, but since most places want to start at MSRP, none will negotiate. As soon as they offer a person a discount, they have to offer everyone after it the same discount (on warranties).

I would have to find all the info again, but what this dealer is doing would be acceptable in Florida as they are just offering reduced rates for all. In order to sell in FL though they have to register as an insurance broker (I think) in the state. It's not worth it to most out of state companies time to do that just for Florida just for warranties like this.

We cannot sell one until we have an in-service date. So the vehicle has to be delivered to you.

It's different state laws. We must be licensed to sell to Florida, which we currently aren't and it has to be at Florida's list pricing.

@Granger Ford, I'm interested to learn more once you get a webpage published with details. My truck is scheduled to arrive in the next ~2 weeks here in Virginia.

We'd be happy to help. Our website won't be up for a little while so an email will be the easiest way in the short-term.
