This is the list I used, back before the kit was available. hardware at the bottomJust got my kit home, not a piece of hardware to be found. Ford wants me to return the entire thing which I would like to avoid since the dealer is a 40 minute ride. Trying to track down the proper nuts and bolts for this kit, directions give me some idea, some of the other posts also slightly helpful, but I am going in circles trying to find what I need. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get what I need? Do I just suck it up and bring it back to the dealer and wait a few more weeks to get this one shipped back, return processed and get a new one back that may have all the parts.

Thanks, I was using that post for getting some of them figured out. The directions call for more bolts than what you used, that’s what has me confused in what to buy. This is the list I used, back before the kit was available. hardware at the bottom

Ordered through ford accessories online using FordPass points. Called them to see about getting the parts they left out, and was told to take it back to the dealer I picked it up from and have them do a return. I am sure the parts guy there would love nothing more than to deal with their screw up.who is "ford" here?
Offer them an ultimatum, they can provide the hardware or you're going to turn it over to your card issuer for not receiving what you ordered. This isn't an isolated incident per this thread.
You can also go to one of the social media accounts and get the attention of one of the bots.
You doing it on a Job 1 (early 21) build? Thanks, I was using that post for getting some of them figured out. The directions call for more bolts than what you used, that’s what has me confused in what to buy.
No, 23 XLT 5.0.You doing it on a Job 1 (early 21) build?
The only thing I didn’t use were the J clips that attach the back end of the skid plate because my truck already had them in place. And I didn’t use the front bumper covers because I like the original ones better. Everything else in the kit I used. No, 23 XLT 5.0.
I ordered some bolts, we will see how it works out.
Maybe thats where my confusion is coming from, haven’t been under the truck to verify what is/ is not there. I appreciate all the help though! The only thing I didn’t use were the J clips that attach the back end of the skid plate because my truck already had them in place. Mine lower bumper piece did come as raw black plastic. You could have the plate powdered and the plastic painted to match. The light on the underside of the truck is shadowed so exact match isn’t that important. Close match is plenty good enough. You could certainly paint it yourself if you are good with a spray can. I paid 175 to have it matched to the skid plate silver at a shop. And IMO black isn’t flattering. It just kind of disappears. Go with the silver or paint match to your truck. For those of you that have painted the plastic bumper piece and/or the skid plate itself, how are you doing it? Going to a body shop to get it professionally done or using some other products? I'm thinking I will be getting mine powder coated black but then I wonder how well that would match the black paint to match plastic bumper piece.
