If you're an Android, you should be able to download and sideload from here. You'll want 4.37.0 then uninstall 5.0 and install 4.37.0 and dont allow auto updates on the app. It should work for a while, but eventually we may be forced to move forward. If you're using an iPhone I'm not sure if it's possible.

You can call them, I did, there's nothing they can do except offer an apology. But at least you'll be able to voice your disappointment. At the voice prompt's say Fordpass and then say F150.
