Bought my truck in March. Points never showed up. I tried the missing points link in the app and went through all of those details. Still nothing. I had to call the Ford Pass customer service, she said that she sees I should have them but she would have to escalate and gave me a case number. She said it could take up to 30 days but usually takes less. That was 45 days ago. I’ll have to call back.

Did the same think last week. Being 2 months now. Should get 42000 points on a purchase. Asked my dealer a while back and they said anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Don't get it. SO now waiting another month to see if Ford enters them in at their escalation dept.

Three or four days for the 42,000 points to appear on FordPass, about 1 week for the premium care extended warranty.

Mine showed up pretty quickly. I would like to use those points to purchase some parts from Ford, but I am struggling with the whole points redemption process. It isn't clearly laid out anywhere that I can find. Any ideas or experience? Thx
