Ford pass won’t display remote start or door lock features on my 2021 platinum

i believe someone had a bit of success after deleting the car from FordPass and adding it again.

dont know how long it took for them to appear on mine
i did not attempt to add the car until it was in my driveway.
I live out in the boonies where cell reception is iffy at best
and it seems like it takes four to five minutes before the car will start or operate locks—-just warning

How long have you had your truck? It might take a few days for the features to populate in FordPass.

For me it took about a week after delivery for the features to show up.

Might be something to this as well.
I did not pick up my truck for nearly a week after it was paid for and everything was turned on.
I noticed my extended warrant showed up as soon as I activated.

My Remote Start on my Ford Pass app quit working about a week ago. I tried uninstalling the app, shutting down my phone, and reinstalling the app and now it won't let me log in...just times out. I can log in to the app on my IPAD. My phone is a Samsung S5.

Seems that the Ford pass app updated to version 3.17.0 which was released 4 days ago. I auto update so when it was released it installed and updated on my iPhone that night, but lost several features that were there previously including the fuel level, range info among others. Anyone else lose functionality?

UPDATE: Rebooted the phone and app and it’s all working now. Very high tech solution! ?

FordPass still seems a little wonky when it comes to performing a refresh of info after a drive. Sometimes it updates immediately and sometimes it takes several tries. Sometimes it takes an hour or more.
Other than that it works pretty good.
