At you getting any kinds of codes now on the DSM for the PRBs?
When you had it sitting like you did in the cab, did opening and closing the door make it act like it should?
Hard to say what you have going on at this point. Too many different variables at play.
What are your values for the following addresses?

Thanks for getting back to me Troy,At you getting any kinds of codes now on the DSM for the PRBs?

No codes for the PRBs in DSM. Only DTC are the expected ones for seat position sensors I do not have. The only other DSM related issue I observe is my fan under the driver's seat does not move. I thought I had a bad fan, but I tried a new one today and it did not function either.
I don't recall if I tried opening and closing the doors to test the PRB after Self-Test. I did notice that using FDRS when I run the self-test the battery voltage is much lower, and the icon is not green. Do the PRB settings in Features matter during DSM Self-Test, OFF, ON, or AUTO for PRB?
The values in 744-25-01 to 02 are the same as in your spreadsheet. I was assuming these would change with a successful self-test calibration. If you have values for F250 PRB please forward them to me.
UPDATE 24/06/23
After thinking about it a bit I thought maybe PRB won't work if battery SOC is too low (sub 85%) so I put the charger on the battery overnight to get the battery to SOC 91%. I turned OFF 3rd party ambient LEDs in case they were noisy or too much load on power line. Turned all HVAC including seat cooling OFF, cleared all DTC and re-ran the DSM calibration with the bracket motors on the floor, doors shut, initial settings in features to PRB OFF, key ON, ignition OFF. Both motors appeared to complete the calibration. Ran it again, same positive results.
Then turned ignition ON, Turned the PRB ON in Features and opened the door they deployed. Turned them OFF they stowed. Turn them to Auto they stayed deployed for a few seconds and then stowed. Turned them ON they deployed. Turned them OFF they stowed. Seems to work as intended.
They appear to function correctly at least sitting on the floor of the cab.
I'll try mounting them when I can stand to be outside more than 10 minutes. It hot as H E double toothpicks even with a bit of Pacific breeze. I cannot imagine how the rest of you are surviving if having to work outside on our beloved trucks. Stay hydrated and safe. I'll update this when time permits.
I do suspect there may be issues with 8" IPC to troubleshoot, but not sure yet. That is, I have DTC in IPC and SCCM since I started messing with PRB installation. @superfordman, Are there PRB settings in any of the IPC menus? If so, know the FORScan changes?
UPDATE 24/06/28
It appears that the passenger side motor bracket is oddly intermittent. It fails fast when mounted (grounded) to the truck but take longer to fail if on the floor of truck (not grounded). It appears to also cause the DTC shown here.
I am requesting a replacement from the eBay seller (fingers crossed). And unfortunately, in all my troubleshooting I managed to damage the passenger side harness connector. Hoping @hammerman can help me there.
Oddly, I have to unplug the motor, set PRB to OFF, clear DTC, and then plugin the motor and if not mounted it will work a few times as it should but once I mount it, it sometimes works but then stops functioning as it should.
@superfordman does this silent DTC show in your F250 on F150? I do suspect however that it is caused by the intermittent motor. If get a replacement them maybe I will know.
@Jesse-Infotainment do you know what this DTC means?
Thanks,
Kevin
