I live in New York where the DMV works remotely from home from the golf course and it has been 6 weeks and still no title and still no document that I turned my old license plates in. But that's my fault. I chose to stay in New York.
I paid my Ford Credit loan of 10k after 3 weeks and it cost 11.27. I received my release of lien doc from Ford Credit 1 week later.
