Ford F-150 Tremor with 20x9 BRINK Insurgent Wheels on 35s

I should add, I do modify all my vehicles, I've got $20K in aftermarket parts between my 4Runner and Tacoma. I guess I just mean it does not make as much sense to remove things that make your Tremor stand out from the million-per-year other F-150s on the road. I'll put 35's and King's on my truck as soon as they are available. But as you suggest it's all person preference, these particular wheels don't blow my skirt up.

While some would prefer their trucks 100% stock others prefer to customize them in a way that makes the truck Unique to their liking. You'll find lots of folks that share this view right here in the "Wheels, Tires, Brakes" sub forum.

Yep, taste is entirely subjective. Some folks prefer to leave their trucks bone-stock and looking like every other bone-stock truck on the streets. Some folks prefer to express their individual tastes and build a truck that makes them happy. And that is precisely the point.

The story behind those caps is that we do a good amount of export and many of the vehicles in the regions we sell to have oversized 4x4 hubs on the front axles. We designed that cap so that the center portion snaps off so that we can clear those hubs. However we also did think about the customization options that the removable center two piece cap would also offer.

Hey Team,

Here's a really nice Tremor we just fitted with our 20x9 BRINK Insurgent Wheels in Nocturnal Black with a 0 Offset on 35x12.50r20s.

The removable center cap trim that our cap offers was later removed and painted to match the factory Tremor Orange trims.

The customer leveled the truck in the front and experienced a little rubbing on the crash bar when the steering is fully locked and in reverse. He shaved the crash bar a little and now has zero rubbing.

We predict the rubbing could have been prevented with our 20x9 +18 OEM+ fitment as that fitment was engineered to allow more clearance (and also sits flush). This customer wanted an Enhanced Stance though and for that reason he went with our 20x9 +0 offset which provides a slight poke however does offer less clearance.

clean setup. Typically not a fan of black wheels as the details in the design can get lost - these are simple enough to not get lost. Nice touch on the center cap as well.

I need a picture of the offset/stance!

I think the below picture is the one that's going to show the stance the most. As per the customer he says they poke out the fenders about one inch with the bulge of the tire giving it another 1/2" more or less. We also offer the wheel in a +18 which will be the closest to flush.

I picked up my Tremor Tuesday and have already made about changes or additions. Every owner should build their truck the way they want. I personally am not a fan of 20" wheels on 4x4's or all black wheels. I prefer a grey or aluminum finish.

Ordered a set on Friday morning, and they were delivered Sunday afternoon. I have to say great customer service and great looking wheels in person. Can’t wait to get them mounted up and on the truck this week! The weight savings was really nice vs oem. Ended up with a 275/65/20 nitto recon grappler and (34” tire) and they weigh 1-2 pounds less than than the oem 20s and hankooks which is awesome for mileage and power!

It doesn't photograph well, much nicer in person. For reference the Bronco is 20x9 and the F150 I provided is 22x10.
