Greetings all! I recently had my Blue Cruise stop working and when I called ford they told me that my Blue Cruise was out of date or “expired”. My trial ends in 2024 according to my account on ford.com. He told me I need to make sure automatic updates are on (they are) and if I have scheduled updates to make sure the time isn’t at midnight.
when I asked if I could force the truck to update he said unfortunately not that Ford rolls out the updates aver several weeks. Is there a way for me to force the latest update on my Sync?
I bought the truck in Jan and am not sure was my prod date is.
