I must be lucky as I do not have any serious issues. I did have a blemish on my console but one has been ordered and will be replaced by the dealer. Not a big deal, as it is being addressed by the dealer.

Pro power and the fold flat storage?
System wouldn't allow my dealer to add the storage with the 2kw today.

Right. You can’t get the fold flat and the 2k ProPower. Bob has a Powerboost, so the ProPower components are underneath the floor.

Well, if you’re picky about fit and finish don’t look underneath the truck!

The fit and finish on my Limited is perfect, inside and out... build date 2/26. Exceeded my expectations, but then again I'm coming from a somewhat clapped-out 2010 F150 Lariat.

I'm satisfied with the fit and finish of mine. Just as good as the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited I just traded. Ram didn't win luxury "car" of the year for nothing.

My truck was built in Kansas and I have been over the truck with a fine tooth comb 3 different times and the paint is perfect and so is the inside. I can’t find anything that needs attention yet. Knock on wood
Have you checked the undercarriage for rust?

Jus Cruisin
That reminds me, how can both be truck of the year. Ram says 3rd year in a roll and Ford states they were truck of the year. They using different Magazines or something.

Ford - North American truck of the year. NACTOY
Ram- Motor Trend truck of the year.

I still give the nod to Ram for best interior. Ford is close but still didn't catch Ram.

I probably agree somewhat but I do like Fords digital screens better. I give the drive trains, bells and whistles to Ford.

Likwwise, I like the Ford screen & knob layout better than RAM. I don't like looking at a buch of cramed in knobs etc. It's all about the layout v.s. being a C.F. :)

I haven't decided if Sync 4 or Uconnect is best. Rear seating is a Ram win (heated/ventalated and reclining) and it is used in my truck a lot. I like the landscape orientation of the screen better. More leather in the Ram. And, it is more difficult for my mother in law to get in and out of. We're caregivers so if we go, she goes. I miss the lower dropping power running boards.
Yes, Ford wins power train easy. And exterior appearance is a Ford win.

I'm happy with the F150 but I won't bad mouth the Ram.

I picked up a '21 STX CCLB today and all 4 doors needed adjustment. The drivers was out about 3/8". Build date was in Feb.

I’ve owned 4 F150s, and only one was a Kansas build. That was the one that had door alignment issues. Not only that it had auctions cup marks from the factory line that could not be buffed out. No matter what they would show in certain sunlight. This got me to poking around and compariNg Dearborn with Kansas. From what I’ve seen, I will always go for a Dearborn truck first. This is just my opinion, but that is based what I’ve actually seen. It could be dumb luck, but for what we pay for these things, I will take any leg up I can get with initial build quality.

I sure hope the one I ordered is put together better than this. Pic is off of dealer photo via Auto Trader in Midwest.

I know this is old, but I'm sure that the panel that is sticking out is just not installed properly. It's hard to explain, but there a tab the slides in at the top and if its not slid in properly into the little finger/L shaped bracket it slides into, it will stick out.
