What's the trailer sticker usage issue? I attached the sensor on my trailer and it looked great during setup but I couldnt complete the setup and after a short trip, I went to back into my stall and had no enhanced backing views. I was thinking to try to set up a sticker and am I hearing there's a bug in the sticker software?

Stickers don't work with the 2021's yet. You have to use the cable at this time.

I participated in one of the interviews with the Ford engineers and had positive and constructive criticism for them... But one of my criticisms was we need the update to use the stickers ASAP. Not that I can't backup my trailers but the truck was sold and marketed as if it had this feature and it is almost unusable without the sticker update.

I'm figuring it'll show it is available on your FordPass app. I'm also guessing you'll need to connect to wifi to get the update downloaded.

I dunno. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not anxiously looking for it. My truck is getting me where I want to go without any drama.

Just got mine back from the dealer today and he told me i had the latest greatest firmware or software out there. 3-24-2021. The backing trailer stickers STILL DON'T WORK. Don't know what else it did

I received a message in Ford Pass that an OTA update was completed. I know it happened in the past couple of days but I’m not sure when, or what it did, other than “bug fixes.”

My update occurred last night or early this morning. I had to open FordPass to find out. No push notification to my phone/email. Just indicated bug fixes. Similar to app updates on my phone. I also had a FordPass update yesterday as well. Not sure if this was needed to complete the ota truck update.
Anyway, it's done. There was nothing that was wonky with my truck before the update so I hope it's still OK.

I saw somewhere in the settings that you could reset sync 4 to original factory default settings. Would that erase all the updates that have occurred?

Pretty sure it just clears what settings YOU can change back to what ever they are when the truck is built.
