Hmm... Been in the early access program since Mar 2021 and no Bluecruise email. I did find a email on a OTA survey and just completed it.

Everyone that got the Bluecruise email... Did you complete the OTA survey previously? Just wondering if it is related somehow.

I responded to the survey – because I thought it was about Bluecruise.
Added by PEARLYAC on 8/11/21 (so date or place in "line" doesn't seem to be the primary criterion.)

Curiosity is an insidious motivation … I went to check that wifi was connected (it wasn't) and noted:
1. check wifi and wait for it to refresh (or hit the button) … at first, it looks like it's connected with a "check mark" tick next to the wifi access point … when it refreshed, it was not connected. I had to re-enter the password (twice) before it connected. I'll check again later today.

2. I noted that I have all the "share" options turned on. This might be relevant to a vehicle being selected for participation in Early Access Program. For example, if the car is consistently sharing it's live data, traveling on geofenced roads, driven in a manner useful to Bluecruise testing.

This is how Tesla selects participants in its FSD beta. I purchased FSD years ago, but Tesla hasn't installed it in my Model X (even though it has the latest hardware, etc.) They have an arbitrary (and unexplained) "scoring" system that ranks drivers out of 100 points for things like heavy braking. I think it's because my wife has a side gig as a getaway driver for bank heists.​

3. As the Ford Bluecruise invite notes:
Ensure Automatic updates are set to On
Check your FordPass™ app (is connecting to your car and set for notifications on your phone.)

I joined Early Access in August 2021 and did complete the survey. No idea how it might impact things hopefully it helps you along. I generally tend to get all updates quickly for whatever that is worth…

I did not receive anything yet. I just purchased my truck last month NEW. It's a 21 but built in March of 2021. I wwould think I would also receive mine soon. I HOPE.

I'm in the same boat. Signed up for early access last summer. Filled out the OTA survey. But haven't received the email yet. Here's hoping the updates come soon.
