Before I got the lighter wheels def could feel some sluggishness and less electric. After the lighter wheels, feels even quicker and more responsive. I still get 26-28mpg shorter trips. What sort of MPG loss and impact on electric driving on the Powerboost?
THIS is what i'm looking for! What level do you have Sir? Thanks
Finally got some 35x12.50r18 Gladiator Xcomp Mt
I have an extra one for sale I can let go for cheap if you're interested. Theyre for the previous gen but fit without an issue.I can’t find a ready lift 2.25 for the 2021s on the website
It’s just a 2-1/2” not sure of brand I ordered off of Americantrucks.com. And I am running 1/4” wheel spacers to clear tire width on upper control armTHIS is what i'm looking for! What level do you have Sir? Thanks
I have a 23 PB sport appearance ordered so weight is a big concern to keep the good MPG of a PB. So the tires that will come on my truck will weigh about 41 pounds? What MPG loss have you noticed?Nitto Recon Grapplers in 275/65R20 116T SL load range with Bilstein 5100 leveling struts set at 1.5" lift setting. They only weigh 47 pounds so only 6 pounds heavier per tire than the factory Hankooks.
I really can't say for sure if my mpg has been affected since I have only put maybe 100 miles on them, but so far I really like them and have zero complaints.I have a 23 PB sport appearance ordered so weight is a big concern to keep the good MPG of a PB. You could probably go taller to a 285 75r18, or wider like a 305 65r18. My friend has 285 75s and they don't rub.Got it. Thanks!
I am running 285 65 20s (34.5) KO2s on the Platinum wheels. I have a 2" ReadyLift level and it is pretty tight in the front of the wheel well. It is clear of the air dam, but not by much. Not sure if it would be without clear without those 2 inches. 295 60 20s are 34"s, which are proven OK without lift and honestly look pretty badass. I would probably go that route if I do it again in 35,000 miles or so.Been cruising through this thread, and really appreciate all the info folks are sharing.
Sounds like I’d be safe with either 285/65R20 or 295/60R20 on stock 20” wheels with NO lift?
I don’t want a front lift at all. In fact I’ll likely remove the rear blocks to bring the rake down a bit. I assume there’d still be no issues with these tire sizes with rear blocks removed?
Also, does anyone have pics of aftermarket tires on the BAP gloss black 20” wheels?? I assume the fitment would be the same as the 20” grey sport wheels.
