Nitto Recon Grapplers in 275/65R20 116T SL load range with Bilstein 5100 leveling struts set at 1.5" lift setting. They only weigh 47 pounds so only 6 pounds heavier per tire than the factory Hankooks.

I like those Nittos! I did not know that they offered those in 34"s for an SL load. I would have been all over that.

Those look great! One of the reviews on their site indicate they did a drive through the UP in Michigan during bad snow and they performed great, and no complaints of noise, so seems like a great option. Thank you!
Did you end up putting these on ? Had 3 sets of at2’s on my last truck, excellent AT tire that’s not super aggressive, also had 2 sets of at3’s on my suv. Curious as to how they look on the 20” sport rims

@wessermgm -

It looks like you and I have the exact same truck - a Smoked Quartz SCREW Platinum Powerboost with the FX Package!

Congrats on your tire upgrade! I also investigated putting better tires on mine and really like the WildPeaks, Ridge Grapplers, and KO2’s.

I ended up replacing the crappy factory Hankooks (32.9” 275/60R20’s) with a slightly larger set of KO2’s (34.0” 275/65R20’s). As expected, these are a bit louder and there’s a modest mpg hit but I rationalized because I know from past experiences that they are great in the snow (I live in NE up on a hill). The Hankooks are poor in snow.

I immediately cleaned them and applied a protective coating (CarPro BlackOut) that is expected to last 6 months. We’ll see. I thought I’d share a few pics on the Forum so others who are still researching for their own F-150’s, considering both these tires and this protective coating and because … I think they look great! 😁

Take care.

Your truck looks incredible. KO2 is timeless.

@wessermgm Thanks on the truck!

I agree with you about KO’s. I had them on a 1991 Pathfinder I used for ski trek’s in my youth - superior to almost anything without chains. Plus … they look cool. 😎

I didn't that aggressive because my on road to off road ratio leans more towards on road.

I’m looking at this same sort of set up on my ‘21 Fx4…2” puck style level with 295/70/18 Nitto Grapplers. Curious to know if you experienced any rubbing on the front end?

Do you think there is enough room to go taller or wider?
Not without trimming or aftermarket wheels to change your offset.
