The cab of the 2020 F250 is identical to the 2018+, so if Ford follows their typical pattern it will follow in a year or two on the 250. Saves money, but also lets them work out the kinks since a 250 owner is much more likely to keep their truck for a lot longer and expect things to work more consistently.

@executor485 is correct. Ford has moved to a 'one cab' platform in their F-Series trucks. The F-150 is always first to get the new cab, followed by the SuperDuty trucks. Based on how late in 2020 the new F-150 is launching, I don't imaging the SuperDuty trucks will move to the new design until the 2023 model year.
