Let's just add another variation of a truck we can't deliver now, why not?

It would be nice if they would focus on their supply issues and build the orders they have now.

My speculation is that this is either some 1-year-only special edition trim or a trail-focused F-150 Lightning. It would be crazy IMHO to attempt to fit yet another off-road package/trim between FX4, Tremor and Raptor for the gas truck.

I would guess its a bare bones F150 with some off road goodies. Not Tremor level, and below FX4 in terms of features. Think "how can we use the least amount of chips in a truck and still make it appealing?"

I’m going to guess that this has something to do with a high performance truck. Ford has always used snakes to represent the high performance mustangs. COBRA, GT350, GT500, ect. I’m hoping it has the supercharged 5.2 from the GT500. This could either be a “street” race truck or possibly a supercharged V8 Raptor. Ik there was talk of a raptor R but Mabey Rattler is the name they went with!

It’s a regular F-150 but rattles and other noises will not be covered by warranty work. Oh, and it has cool fangs on the grille.

Off-road Lightning or Raptor R official name and I would lean toward the latter. Nothing else really makes sense.
