I'm so sorry to hear that man. As a healthcare professional, it gets heavier and heavier to hear/see these stories. It just sucks. I lost my father in 2019 to cancer, he was 54. I can tell you that the bond you are building with your 21 year old will mean more than anything.
Jesus Christ dude, I know we have never interacted before even on this site, but if there is something I could help with all the way from Cali, let me know, fundme stuff for funeral or the line, I can spare a few bucks too.
So sorry for your loss. You have been so helpful to all of us here, this place can feel like a huge digital family. This stupid virus has taken too many people way too early.
I know others have said it as well, if you need anything feel free to reach out.
Jay, I too am sorry for the great loss that you and your son share. I appreciate your words of reflection dealing with our borrowed time and the importance of those around us who give meaning to the time we have to share. Many of us who have found this forum can thank you for helping guide us along learning about dealer codes, order numbers and what it means to get a VIN (you posted mine on 7/26) ... and so much more. Best wishes for a healthy recovery from your Covid illness, and I pray you have a full recovery.
