I'm starting to look at these myself. My brother rented a few of these down in Florida and out in Wyoming, and he specifically looks for the this size and Ford powertrain when he can get it. They don't go anywhere quickly, but he was pretty impressed with it's performance (but not MPG, lol). He never drove the Sprinter, but IMO, with Mercedes quality on the downturn lately, I'd be just as keen to go with the E-chassis over the Sprinter. I would be willing to bet the Sprinter has a better suspension overall, but I haven't test driven either myself. And a vehicle this size isn't going to be carving up any mountain passes anyway.

The size works out well for him, too. It's he and his wife plus 10 y.o. twins and they have the room they need. Sometimes their German Shepherd goes with them, too, which makes it a bit tighter stepping over the dog due to floor plan, but it still works out.

I like this size because of the bathroom/shower layout. Anything smaller and they typically do the toilet & shower combo space, which is not my cup of tea.

Let us know what you think if you drive one!
I’m looking hard at this one. One piece fiberglass roof and the front cap seam way underneath past the drip line.

Wife picked the floor plan and I love it. Floor plan has been our first deal breaker.

That's the Odyssey! I looked at those. LOVE the interiors on them, and that overhead bunk is downright cavernous considering where it is.

It’s a quality build I think, so I’m pricing out with Pro Tint what it will take to get a solid color full body wrap and black out all the chrome. Godzilla style!

Do I subtract the weight of the wrap from the 2,608lbs payload or is that only for PBs? 😉

1pc fiberglass roof is what I have on the RV I just bought last month. I like that over the older style roof.
Yes. I went up on the roof and it looked pretty clean and solid up there.

One of the pics is the slide protector awning. I’m figuring out how slides work and how to maintain them. It’s a worry spot for me.

Bigger the glob better the job! The old soldering axiom!

I didn’t notice at the time, but you can see a TPO roof right next door there for comparison.

Nice RV! I think Entegra offers Starlink (flat dish) as a factory installed option on it... not sure about that exact model...

Thanks! Factory Starlink must be for the higher end models. The Odyssey 24B has a Winegard antenna which I think just provides OTA TV reception and maybe an external LTE antenna? For all I know it guards wine from the roof lol. It’s round and yesterday looking.

:)... Yeah very modern.... But might be worth checking what the prep entails?

Starlink is inexpensive and easy to deploy. No sweat adding it to ANYTHING.

I have a mini in the Frunk of the Mach-E, and a standard in the Powerboost.

My only concern with the Godzilla in the Class C is to make sure they have loaded the most recent PCM strategy to address low oil pressure at idle. Story goes Ford might have originally de-tuned the RV version a bit too much and with excessive idle/low idle, the lifters can starve for oil.

Absolutely, because I’m going to need high speed internet access for sure.

Thanks Snake! I wonder if the dealer can help with that or will that be for my Ford dealer to check? I sure like the sound it made at startup 😊

A good Ole FDRS lookup for the VIN would likely tell you?

I do think there was a TSB regarding. Picked up on it at the SuperDuty forum. I'm a newbie over there and doing a deep dive on the 7.3
