awesome truck, im doing a chrome delete tomorrow and cant wait to get my truck back to see the final results

I absolutely love the look!!! I'm going to be doing the same thing but am torn on whether to do a wrap on the chrome or have it painted. I also need see what the price difference is. You mind sharing what the paint job cost you? Also, whoever you had do the paint, what did they have to say about painting chrome and it's effectiveness to last?Hey guys,
My first post on here. Been creeping for awhile while having my truck built.
2021 Platinum Crew 4x4 added the Roush/Fox coil over kit and left it at the factory 2” setting. 20x9 Fuel wheels +20 offset, 305/55R20 General Grabber A/Tx tires. 5 Star kick back flaps (I drive a lot of gravel) Ford roll top cover, Roush intake (tune & cat back to come) 50% tint on side windows, 50 cal shorty antenna, had all the chrome painted to match with some black accents, entire from end has a 3M wrap to protect from stone chips.
Going to add a 1.5” taller block to the rear yet as I prefer the look of a slight rake.
Had 3 Chevys in a row and couldn’t be happier to be back in a Ford!

what size tires and rims you have? any rubbing?What a beautiful truck! I just bought the same one and so far have done a level, tire and rim. The chrome delete is my next path and I appreciate you sharing your vision. Question: did you leave the small markers inside the grill as the stock chrome?

Interested to hear/see what all you had done, and what it cost you? I'm in the process of pricing a chrome delete out as well as lift and new rims/tires.

i Did a chrome delete by wrapping it all in gloss black with the new 2021 gloss black 3m
1000 as my friend owns a wrap business but I got quoted around 1500-2000
Rims are vossens 20 inch offset +15 with
295 60 20 nitro ridge grapplers
Lifted on bilsteins 6112 front and 5140 rear
hellwig rear sway bar
installed rear reverse lights rigid
Weather tech rain deflector
Pedal commander (able to get 20mpg on eco or 16mpg driving aggressive)
deck system

highest setting, i think im getting between a 2 and 2.25 lift. base on the installer

WOW!!! That looks awesome. I like the black handles for that contrast. guessing those are wrapped as well? Is the side emblem also wrapped? Is the Platinum lettering still the chrome satin?? i paid someone 100 to wire it for me , but base on what i saw it was pretty much plug and play and my installer just watched a youtube video.

yes my whole chrome delete was wrapped in gloss black. As for the platinum letters we just wrapped the whole back plaque but cut out the platinum words to the stock color. i really like the contrast

So far i really like how everything turned out, and after a big rain the car looks even cleaner. Only more time will tell how it would hold up but i wrapped my audi r8 and bmw i8 and i would say the wrap only last about 7 years.
i plan on putting the air design fenders on and i plan on painting that to match the truck
