Door Panel Rattle

I have a little over 3,000 miles on my 2021 F-150 and recently started to notice a really annoying rattle that I believe to be around my left elbow area on the driver’s side. Whenever i hear this rattle and apply pressure to the door panel it seems to fix the noise. Anyone else have this issue and know of a fix? TIA

I have the same issue. Started on my first road trip to FL Keys. I saw the video on here of how to remove the door panel. The second I take my arm off the door panel it's an ever so subtle rattle (any kind of rattle slowly kills me inside). I'm headed to FL Keys this weekend but once I get back I plan to take the panel off and see what I can find.

If you find a fix let us know. I initially had the rattle up by the mirrors....I took some KT Tape I had laying around and put it over some snap pieces and that was fixed now the driver side door. I know if I take it to the dealer it'll come back worse. So I will attempt once I get back from the Keys.

Yeah I did try this fix but the noise from mine seems to be more around my left elbow area or directly below my left ear unfortunately

I did this and it fixed that issue. I now have the same issue as the OP...coming from driver side door where elbow goes.

I have not. Since I had to cancel my trip down to the FL Keys this week I am still off and I'm going to pull her in the garage either tomorrow or Wednesday and see what I can find. I'll keep you updated if I find anything. If not then I'll take it to the dealer when I get time (even though they'll probably make it worse.

Gently pry off the small cover panel below the armrest and snug up the two small bolts underneath. It could help.

I immediately noticed a rattle under my left elbow when I took delivery of my truck last week. After driving the truck for a full day and dreading having to remove the door panel on a brand new truck, I looked down into the molded map pocket in the door panel and the 7-Pin trailer adapter was rolling around in there. Took it out and put it in the glove box - rattle gone. Might be worth checking yours...

Did you ever find the source of your rattle?

I'm noticing a rattle, or rather, a "clicking" that seems to be coming from that general vicinity but on my passenger door. I think it might actually be the plastic within the door panel rubbing/clicking with each other. Annoying, and took like 500 miles to show up.

I had the same problem. If you remove the triangle plastic piece where the mirror bolts are and check the bolt that goes to the door panel. Mine was loose and after tightening it I havent heard that annoying clicking sound!

It's not my triangle piece or screw/bolt, I've gone as far as pulling that triangle piece off and driving around. I made sure the screw is tight as well.

I'm hearing the clicking from the general "center" area of the door panel, and can more or less cause clicking that sounds similar if i start messing with the handle area by squeezing it. Drivers side doesn't do it.
