I have a 2021 Lariat 4x4 Supercrew 5x5 bed on order, and I'm interested in finding out the height of your trucks.

Please mention the following:
1. Height of your truck
2. Suspension type (e.g., stock, 2" level, 4" lift)
3. Tire and wheel setup

Hopefully responses from this thread can help others determine whether or not they can go with a particular setup over another (e.g., stock suspension and 33x12.5, 2" level 35x12.5, etc).

I have a stock truck it fits no problem although I replaced the antenna so it didn't hit the door. Even have enough space to park it in there with the trailer hitch sticking off the back and room to spare. Glad I got the front sensors though I pull in until I get the red colour and solid beep and then I am good

What's the height of your truck? Did you stick with the stock wheels and tires?

Mine fits, but have to push up on the door a tad. 6" lift and right at 7' 2" tall, and our garage is a little bigger than most we have had. It only goes in when hail is on the menu.

I will never understand why people chose to build such small garages. Even a 7' tall door seems ridiculous, mine is 8' tall, with an 11' ceiling, and the garage is 24' long, which is still not long enough for some trucks.

I measured my garage and compared it with F-150 SuperCrew measurement specifications and had already written off the fact that it wasn’t going to fit. For how well I try to take care of my vehicles, it’s really taking a lot for me to keep it outside.

Just for kicks, I tried pulling it into the garage the other day. It’s VERY CLOSE to fitting in. I was surprised just how far in it went.

This was my first slow and steady attempt:

Not even close

I moved some crap out of the garage and this was the second attempt.

Almost there! I have about another foot of clearance up front, but the water heater is there. So if that is able to be moved easily, it just might make it!!

Is it a two-car garage? If so, sounds like you can fit it in on the opposite side of the water heater. I'll have to swap parking spots with my wife when my truck gets here.

yea seems that you can entertain the idea of adding aftermarket wheels and tires. It looks like your garage has a high clearance.

Yea I agree. Considering that pickup trucks are the #selling vehicles in the USA, you'd think that would mean that builders would make the garages big enough for trucks to fit.

2" level with 34" tires on stock 18" wheels brings the height up to 80"

Fits with room to spare.

If I cleaned out the other half of the garage, I could fit 2 F150s side by side.

And I always back into every location I park for a number of reasons.

That's a great shot! 'Truly captures the essence of the tight fit. :giggle:

I'm still among the 10,000's waiting months for my truck but decided to use it productively, in terms of the garage fit, anyway. I moved cabinets, my Work Bench, and built-out 2 walls with Gladiator Wall Storage Panels and hooks. I also added LED lighting and next plan to repair and epoxy-paint my cement floor. All because I am still waiting for my new truck!

Thank you so much for this. You're about as close to what I plan to do; 33" tires and 20" wheels...I have a clearance of 80.4", so I likely won't be able to level the truck based on your measurements.

Let's hope it's a perfect fit! haha
