2022 F-150 Lariat PowerBoost
I just placed an order for a 2022 Lariat (Standard) Powerboost and wanted to know if it will come with the 400w AC outlet in the dash next to the nav system. I thought it was a standard feature but I'm seeing on the configurator that a 400w outlet is an extra option that can't be added to PowerBoost models. So is there no AC power in the dash and just a 12v? Or is the configurator referring to a different 400w outlet somewhere else in the truck?

My 2021 Platinum PB only has AC in the dash no DC.

You don't get the option on the PowerBoost because it gets an upgraded 15A or 20A AC outlet in its place due to the Inverter system already on-board. However, the DC Outlet is sacrificed for a Breaker Button.

I believe the plug there is standard, and it’s actually 2400W. But there is a “low power” 400W mode, and the generator mode that will give you the full 2400

My 2022 Lariat Powerboost (w/7.2kw generator) has a 120v/20amp outlet in the dash (with breaker button above it) and another 120v/20 amp outlet in the rear seat console. There is a 12 volt outlet in the rear seat console only.

Yep
There is a USB and fire port power out let in the cubby in front of the shifter and the same in the center console. I think I have a 12v plut in the center console too. Having the 20amp 110 on the dash and in the back is awesome!

Depends on whether you have the 2.4 kw or the 7.2. Since my KR came standard with the 2.4, there is a 12 v outlet on the dash and in the backseat , plus 400w 120 volt outlet as well as the 120 volt, 20 amp outlet. On the 7.2 that outlet is replaced by a circuit breaker. Just last week during our 4 day plus power outage, I managed to overload the circuit. I wasn’t sure what to do since there are no circuit breakers on the 2.4 . But getting into the truck, the screen indicated the overload and a simple touch on the screen to reset. Worked perfectly. The 2.4 did strain though to run a 1100 watt microwave that was the only thing plugged in at the time after disconnecting the other appliances.
