Has anyone tried turning off connected services/modem? Maybe it’s some kind of notification that it’s syncing usage data or the modem connecting ? Just grasping at straws because mine started showing up the other day

hmmm with close to 1200 miles I did get a message about hotspot connectivity a couple days ago but didn't enable it and then yesterday for the first time I noticed the bubble

Add me to the bubble club. Always wondered what it was for. Like others have said, it is there shortly at start up and goes away.

So it’s either GPS map based or a reception issue. I get it every time I start my truck at my kid’s karate school. It’s in a strip mall a bit off the main roads and I think it is trying to find the speed limit based on location and it’s a place holder while it is thinking/trying to acquire the data. I haven’t seen it anywhere else for me.

That won't work for mine. Rumor has it mine is governed at 106.

Yeah, I was shocked to find that my '17 F-350 diesel is governed at 99. Shocked.
