Are there any physical differences between the standard 3.5EB and the High Output version found in the Raptor, or is the power difference from tuning changes only?

-edit- besides the exhaust, I realize that is different.

I used to think it was just a tune, but someone in one of the threads on here seemed to know quite a bit about the subject and I thought he mentioned some more substantial differences in it. Could be wrong though, I’ll have to see if I can find the thread I’m thinking of.

There was a difference in 2017-2020. But now in 2021 with the power bump of the regular 3.5 I do not know

If I remember correctly, the 3.5L HO uses a larger turbo as well as a tune from Ford Performance

Compression ratio: " The compression ratio was increased from 10.0:1 to 10.5:1 (except on the 3.5L EcoBoost HO for the Raptor, which remains at 10.0:1). " Ford EcoBoost engine - Wikipedia

The HO very well could have strengthened internals, like pistons, rods, bolts, crank.

It would make no economical sense for Ford to put "stronger" parts in the HO Raptor considering the price difference with the regular 3.5 EB. My guess would be it runs a little more boost and/or has more aggressive timing maps. That is more than enough to change the power output keeping the same turbo(s) footprint.
