The tow tech package adds the 360 cameras.
Max tow may have a stiffer axle for more weight.

I got the tow tech since my truck already had 3.55 locking diff included .

I thought one of them also added the extended range fuel tank?

Max tow gets you the 36 gallon tank as well

Max Tow rear axle is indeed beefier as well as 3/4 floating:

This is only comparing just the two 9.75" axle housings, the 8.8" is standard for a lot of the trims/configurations. Though 3.73 gears will always be equipped with one of the 9.75" axles.
